An update on the progress of the London Casino and Gaming show was given to the executive committee of Euromat, the European federation of gaming and amusement machine trade associations, on Monday.
It was delivered by Nick Harding, vice-chairman of the EAG show, on behalf of Bacta. The venue was in Bucharest, the Romanian capital where the committee meeting was being held. Harding was representing the British association at the meeting, but took the opportunity to update the delegates on the progress of the new London show. “The Euromat Board was very supportive of what we are doing with EAG and the new casino event.
“Euromat will host a seminar during the London show,” he said. “It will be on the theme of creating a compelling customer experience and will look at operator best practice and regulatory developments in online consumer protection, impacting omnichannel businesses.”
