Explori, the independent agency which provides research insights covering in excess of 7,000 events across the world, has ranked the 2024 edition of IgB Live in its top 5% for overall visitor satisfaction. The ranking is even higher for IgB Live’s affiliate community, whose level of satisfaction placed the sector-leading event in Explori’s top 3% worldwide.

Naomi Barton, Global portfolio director, IgB Events, said, “The insights from Explori help us improve our events for our customers – they deserve a world-class experience, whether they are attending one of the IgB shows as a visitor, or participating as an exhibitor or a sponsor.

“We know that our customers have many events to choose from – so we absolutely have to prioritise delivering the best experience and the highest satisfaction, alongside really strong business leads and exceptional networking opportunities at IgB Live and IgB Affiliate.

“It’s just not good enough to put an event on and not also focus heavily on the customer experience – I am committed to ensuring our customers get great business leads and a smooth customer journey in a professional and enjoyable environment.”

The 2024 edition of IgB Live confirmed its status as iGaming’s fastest growing business exhibition, attracting a record 9,788 visitors from 131 nations. The unique attendance, which generated more than 20,400 show floor visits over the two exhibition days, represented a 35% year-on-year increase. The 2025 event at ExCeL London, (1-4 July) will grow its footprint 15% year-on-year, with IgB Live spanning over 22,000 sqm.

For the first time ever, the event will also have direct access to the brand new outside Dockside development directly next to the water, with all the new entertainment, restaurants and bar areas completed ahead of the 2025 July event.
