Eag Expo is the best possible home for prestigious industry awards, states Bacta President

Eag Expo, which will bring the land-based industry together at ExCeL London (14 – 16 January) has been chosen by UK trade association Bacta to host its’ prestigious Annual Awards. 
 
The Awards which comprise Bacta’s High Street Hero, Seaside Saviour and Supply Chain Champion celebrate and recognise those individuals that have gone beyond the call of duty either at work, through community engagement or helping to deliver the twin industry cornerstones of fun and entertainment.
 
Bacta President John Bollom believes the Eag Expo is the best possible home for the trade association’s Awards. He stated: “They (the Bacta Awards) are a celebration of excellence and holding them at the same time as the manufacturing community comes together at EAG to unveil the very best in out-of-home entertainment is totally fitting.” 
 
Expanding on the Awards’ significance to the UK industry Bollom added: “Bacta members have a shared commitment to raise standards throughout the industry and our Annual Awards are part of an overarching culture which recognises and rewards excellence. Our consumer-facing businesses whether they are on the high street or at the coast are accomplished retailers who uphold the highest standards of professionalism. 
 
“Among the criteria used by the judging panel will be an exploration of how nominees uphold the Bacta values of being ethical, sustainable, open and transparent as well as a commitment to ensure that customer wellbeing is at the heart of their work.”
 
In addition to the Bacta Awards Eag visitors will have access to upwards of 1,000 product launches, be able to share insights with industry colleagues, update on the latest regulatory changes and developments impacting the UK pub sector and high street courtesy of the Bacta Seminar program as well as meeting with leading social responsibility organisations on the Bacta Safer Gambling Hub.

Eag Expo 2025 will be the biggest since the event was launched in 2010. Celebrating its 16th consecutive edition at ExCeL London, Eag will mark the occasion with the addition of two new dedicated sections. The Social Immersive Entertainment Expo (Sie Expo) and the London Casino and Gaming Show will sit alongside Eag as a natural expansion, offering new revenue streams for both operators and manufacturers. Operators will have access to the very latest product launches and innovations in out of home entertainment, be able to share insights and experiences with industry colleagues, update on the latest industry developments courtesy of the Bacta Seminar program and learn more about the latest developments in social responsibility on the Bacta Safer Gambling Hub

Featuring over 1,000 product launches Eag  will provide a window on all aspects of the dynamic out of home entertainment industry.
